Dr. Cecilia S.Y. Tam is a Lecturer in the Department of Management, Marketing and Information Systems (MMIS) and Director of the Centre for Human Resources Strategy and Development (CHRSD) at Hong Kong Baptist University. Prior to her current position, she worked in the Postgraduate School and the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at City University of Hong Kong.
Her work is distinguished by an interdisciplinary approach that integrates talent development, human resource management, and emerging technologies to advance learning, foster innovation, and strengthen workforce capability in future-ready organizations. She collaborates with academic, professional, and industry partners to advance research-informed practices. Dr. Tam has published numerous articles in reputable journals, including AI & Society, and Creativity Research Journal.
