Dr. Haifeng Wang is an Assistant Professor at Hong Kong Baptist University, School of Business. He obtained his doctoral degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2024. 
His research focuses on employee mobility, knowledge spillover, and employee entrepreneurship, particularly the labor market frictions that impact human resource-based competitive advantage.
