Dr. Qingping Song is a Research Assistant Professor at the School of Business, Hong Kong Baptist University. She holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Tsinghua University. Her research focuses on the design and application of artificial intelligence in finance and education, with particular interests in risk modeling, AI-enabled customer understanding, and intelligent marketing in financial services.
